Shipping, Order Tracking & Delivery
Currently, this feature is not available. You can only open the product once you have made the full payment to the delivery executive in the case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. However, if you are not satisfied with the product for any reason, you can easily initiate a return, refund, or replacement by contacting our customer care team.
If any alterations are required for the delivered product, kindly visit your nearest Dreamgirlbyamu store. Alterations will be done free of charge, provided you present the original invoice received with the product.
Sizes 38 & 42 come with sufficient extra margin, which can be extended or altered to fit size 40 & 44. This provides more flexibility to cater to your needs.
COD (Cash on Delivery) allows you to pay for your purchase in cash at the time of delivery. This option is available for most products, but not all deals support COD. Please check the product page to confirm. Additionally, COD is not available at all locations. To check if COD is available in your area, kindly enter your pin code on the checkout page.
Cancellations and Modifications
If your order has not been dispatched, you can cancel it by contacting us via phone or email within 24 hours. If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), your refund will be processed as either an E-voucher or through an NEFT transfer. For NEFT, we will need the following details:

Returns and Exchanges

For COD orders, refunds can be processed as E-vouchers or via NEFT transfer. For NEFT refunds, we will require your bank details (as mentioned above).
Refunds typically take 5-7 working days to process. For prepaid orders, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds can be processed either as E-vouchers or through an NEFT transfer.
Yes, if you receive the wrong product, please raise a replacement request within 15 days of receiving the order. You may also opt for a refund instead of a replacement.

Sign Up and Login
You can modify your delivery address (house number, building number, street, and pin code) only if the order status is still “Pending.” Once the order is dispatched, the address cannot be changed.
No, you can shop as a guest without registering. However, we recommend creating an account to enjoy benefits such as faster checkout and order tracking.

Payments
NEFT refunds are available only for COD orders. For prepaid orders, the refund will be credited to the same payment method used.

The value of any freebie product will be prorated and deducted from your cart’s discount, with the remaining taxable value subject to GST.
Vouchers and Coupons
When shopping on dreamgirlbyamu.com, proceed to the payment page and enter your 10-digit E-Voucher number in the “Discount Code” field. The voucher value will be deducted from your total amount. If the voucher doesn’t cover the full amount, you will need to pay the balance using another payment method.
Only one E-Gift Voucher can be used per order.
Yes, all E-Gift Vouchers expire 90 days from the date of issue.
